What we collect
When you place an order, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. When you send us a merch request, we store whatever you type into the form — optionally your name and a way to contact you.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about your order if needed, and to review merch requests so we know what to make next. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
How long we keep it
We keep order information as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet any legal or accounting obligations. Merch requests are kept until they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us and we will take care of it.
